Mirenco Announces Hiring of Sales Director 

RADCLIFFE, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 2003--Mirenco (OTCBB:MREO) is pleased to announce the hiring of Vice President - Director of Sales Don Lutz.

Lutz has more than 25 years of experience in small business development, product development, strategic planning and sales staff development. He began working at Mirenco last week.

Lutz's experience includes leadership roles in sales, management, and customer service. He previously was vice president/general manager for TW Graphics Group, an Atlas company, and also worked as vice president/sales and marketing for the Atlas Companies' Ink Division. He also was the former National Sales Manager for Perry Austen bowling products, an Atlas company that was later acquired by Brunswick Corporation.

Lutz and his wife, Pat, reside in Clive, Iowa.
