Mirenco and Ital-Diesel Sign International Distribution Agreement

Dwayne Fosseen, Chairman & CEO of Mirenco, and Giovanni Cane, President of Ital-Diesel. Mirenco and Ital-Diesel take a break from their work for a photo in front of one of the many trucks that Ital-Diesel maintains.

Mexico City, Mexico -- Last week, Mirenco signed an international distribution agreement with Ital Diesel, Mexico City's largest independent fleet transportation maintenance center. The agreement gives Ital-Diesel the right to distribute in Mexico City and surrounding areas where their reputation is well known as a high-quality engine emission control organization.

Dwayne Fosseen, Chairman and CEO of Mirenco, and JR Relick, Mirenco's Chief Operating Officer, made the trip to Mexico city to demonstrate Mirenco's new DriverMax add-on that effectively computerizes non-computerized engines. The demonstration went flawlessly and Ital-Diesel was impressed enough to sign a deal on the spot. Dwayne Fosseen commented after returning from the trip, "The Ital folks are some of the most competent and qualified people I've seen in the field of engine combustion and air quality. They quickly recognized the benefits, both economic and environmental, that our products offer. Consequently, they'll not only be known for their high quality and expertise, but they're about to be known as leaders in cleaning up the air in and around Mexico City."

The DriverMax add-on, more formally known as a Linear Actuator, represents a tremendous breakthrough for Mirenco and distributors like Ital-Diesel. DriverMax currently operates on vehicles that are both electronic and diesel burning. Although the population of vehicles fitting this description is huge (effectively all diesel vehicles built during and after the early 1990's), there remains a considerably large population of diesel vehicles that do not meet those requirements. These vehicles are technically called "mechanical" engines, and, to date, DriverMax has not been operable on these engines.

With the advent of the Linear-Actuator, the mechanical diesel vehicles are now potential benefactors of Mirenco's patented technology. Dwayne Fosseen commented on the advancement, stating, "Although we in the US have a large population of both mechanical and electronic engines, other countries have literally millions of older, mechanical vehicles. These vehicle engines are less efficient during the combustion process, burn way too much fuel, and generate a disproportionate amount of pollution. Now, we can go after them all, worldwide."

The DriverMax add-on Linear Actuator also opens up the door to applying Mirenco's patented technology to gas-powered vehicles of all types, including passenger vehicles. When asked about the obviously large and expanding market for Mirenco products, Mr. Fosseen replied, "All internal combustion engines are inefficient, wasting 15-25% of the fuel their operators give them...we all do it, we all over-accelerate...depending on age, type, load, driving conditions, etc. Our patents cover the technology of real time management of all the affecting variables in order to save fuel and reduce emissions. We've just started with the variations of applications of the patents, and we know that the world is our market and everyone who breaths air is the benefactor of our technology."
