Most recently, we have been developing new ways to deliver
MDEP
reports to customers. With technicians in the field doing MDEP testing on equipment, getting the customer the results of the MDEP test
and associated recommendations within a very short amount of time is an
essential goal that Mirenco is in the process of streamlining. Currently and in
the past, we have provided MDEP reports to customers in as quickly as 15 minutes
from the time the MDEP test was completed by the technician. The current
delivery method of MDEP reports has always been through email in an Adobe PDF
document. In the last several months, we have been working to develop a process
of providing the MDEP reports to customers, distributors, and technicians
through a Web-based application rather than over email. This will ensure a
secure means to providing MDEP reports in a way that is much faster and more
convenient to the customer base.
We are currently in the process of developing a “MDEP Customer Results
” section on the Mirenco website that will provide several actual MDEP reports
that will be separated into categories depending on the equipment’s model and
engine that was tested. This “MDEP Customer Results” section will emphasize
previous MDEP testing reports and also show recommendations that were included
to the customer. These “MDEP Customer Results” tests will give prospective
customers an idea of what level of quality and results they can expect from
Mirenco. This year will be a big step in the right direction for Mirenco and will
provide a method of getting the MDEP reports to the customer, distributors, and
technicians in a very productive and exciting way.
