I am going to begin this update with some background information as well
as presenting some of the significant progress towards combustion management
that Mirenco has made. In the transition from background information to our
progress regarding vehicle operation savings and air quality improvement that
Mirenco technology provides to our customers, you, the reader, will
discover the importance of the Mirenco statement: “You Cannot Manage What
You Cannot Measure.”
It’s no longer just the United States consuming the majority of the world energy
reserves. The fact is that all developing countries have been awakened through
worldwide communications and are now beginning to mine, drill or purchase a
portion of the world energy reserves. Due to the fact that the United States
population has been informed for years by the media that oil and coal will last
for hundreds of years, I believe it is important for everyone to better
understand energy reserve information and the consequences of the burning of the
world energy reserves by many countries besides the United States.
Mirenco has been developing products and services that will help the world
better manage and measure energy as it is being consumed. Currently, Mirenco is
concentrating on the diesel powered vehicle market as the primary focus of our
products and services. This is due to the fact that diesel powered vehicles
consume a large portion of the worlds energy since they tend to be the primary
work horse engine that all nations use for industrialization.
Mirenco has found it is possible to reduce diesel fuel used between 10 to 20%
and still maintain the productivity by simply maintaining the engine combustion
health over the engine’s life time. This is accomplished by repairing and
adjusting the engine’s fuel injection system to match the engine’s real-time
ability to burn fuel as it ages. All diesel engines will produce more work and
less air pollution from each gallon of diesel fuel as the engine combustion
process is maintained.
Conducting diesel engine combustion evaluations at least two times per year is
proving to be one of the best options for reducing the vehicle operation cost.
Real-time combustion data is sent directly from a diesel engine tailpipe to the
Mirenco data base by certified MDEP service technicians. The Mirenco automated
computer data base system is used to analyze the engine combustion data followed
by the engine combustion report information being sent to the MDEP service
provider within minutes. If the engine combustion can be improved, the Mirenco
engine combustion health report will recommend the appropriate corrective
actions. This is documented by the many combustion reports each month that are
sent to our MDEP service providers for their vehicles, some of which burn
200,000 up to 275,000 gallons of diesel fuel per year.
